Obsidian Armor - Guild Wars Forums

What is up with this Obsidian armor I hear so much about? Is it better than forge armor, and if so, how? Where the heck can you get it crafted? I heard something about fissure of woe, but I'm still really in the dark. Any help you could give me would be great.

as far as I know there is no such thing as obsidian armor, there is fissure armor and one of the crafting materials is obsidian shards, so my guess is people have started nicknaming fissure armor as obsidian armor.

In short:

- Fissure of Woe Armor is Obsidian Armor
- Armor Crafters is in the FoW not Underworld.
- Requires super expensive and super rare materials found in UW and FoW and the rare armor crafter.

- Use the search function there is already 10 million (well not that many) posts on this topic as well.
